Harvest Festival

Last week, all pupils and staff in Y1-Y6 were fortunate enough to visit St John’s Church for our Harvest Festival. The service was led by our Year 6 pupils who did a fantastic job of reminding us all about the importance of Harvest and how this linked to our worship theme of thankfulness. They spoke clearly and concisely and shared some beautiful songs. 

Year 1 produced some stunning combine harvester paintings. Reverends Jonathan Hall and Mark Williams closed the service in prayer.

Meanwhile, our Reception pupils invited their parents and carers into school for their Harvest Sing a Long! This was their first experience of performing for an audience in school and they all did fantastically. We were very proud of them and received lovely feedback from their audience!
