VE Day Mug Winners

All of our pupils were given the chance to design a picture or logo to go on the front of a special mug to commemorate VE Day.

A huge congratulations to Hope in Reception, who won the best design for Key Stage 1, and to Reggie in Year 3, who won for Key Stage 2!

Lord Lieutenant of the Isle of Wight, Susie Sheldon, High Sherrif, Jacqueline Gazzard, Reverend Mark Williams, Alex Lightfoot and other dignitaries popped into school this morning to congratulate the winners.

Every child in school received a mug featuring one of the winning designs to take home as a keepsake.

We are so proud of all the amazing creativity shown — well done to everyone who took part!
