This afternoon our Year 7 boys took part in the IOW Schools indoor football tournament at Medina College leisure centre.

The boys started incredibly well with 2 convincing victories over CTK and Medina both 6-1. Our 3rd game was a very close encounter against a strong Carisbrooke side who hit the woodwork many times and forced Jude into many important saves. The deciding goal coming from a fantastic bit of play from George and Eli, edging the game 4-3. This set up our last game against Lift Ryde, knowing a win was needed to take the title. Great defending from the boys kept it tight at the back and the lads dug in to win the game 2-1 and win the tournament unbeaten!

A fantastic achievement for the team: Jude, Davy, Charlie, George (c), Eli, Kian, Zac and Myhlan.
