We offer a healthy school dinner menu prepared fresh at school each day by our wonderful school cooks.

Each day, there is a choice of two meals plus pudding and salad bar. We follow a three-week rolling menu. When your child starts at The Bay CE School, they will be entitled to a free hot school meal, right through to Year 2. The cost of a cooked school meal is £3.00 per day (primary) and £2.95 per day (secondary) payable for children in key stage 2, 3 and 4.

If you prefer to send a packed lunch in for your child, please avoid sweets, chocolate and fizzy drinks and opt for healthy alternatives.

Mid-Morning snack

Children can bring fruit into school each day to have during morning break time. A variety of free fruits and vegetables are provided each day for Reception and KS1.

We run an in-house catering operation. This means that our dedicated and passionate staff will have more freedom in preparing the meals fresh on-site, using high-quality ingredients and ensuring they are affordable.
