I am delighted to be able to introduce myself and welcome you to The Bay CE School. Within my role, I am very privileged to work alongside our talented and committed staff team in ensuring that all pupils in our care receive a high standard of teaching, in an inclusive, safe and stimulating environment. Our collective aim is to ensure that all children leave our school with the necessary skills to succeed in their next stage of education. By continuously monitoring, evaluating and refining our teaching and learning, we are able to provide an engaging and enriched curriculum that provides all of our pupils with a wealth of different opportunities. Through this website, we are able to share news of the exciting school events and activities that take place.

Our Christian values of love, courage, truth, respect and friendship underpin our inclusive ethos at The Bay. I am proud to say that all of our staff are passionate about supporting and enabling all pupils to fulfil their full potential, and achieve all that they aspire to, in a safe and nurturing environment. We consistently promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning, ensuring our pupils recognise how they can have a positive impact within our community.

As a school, we very much recognise the importance of a strong home/school partnership. At The Bay we value the role of parents  and carers in developing and supporting children’s learning and we are always looking to further develop this excellent partnership.
