A very warm welcome to Year Two!

A very warm welcome to Year Two at The Bay. We have two classes taught by Mrs Walsh (2DW), Mrs Percy and Mrs Tucker (2JP) and supported by Mrs Theobald, Mrs Jeffrey, Miss Griffiths, Mrs Shirt, Mrs Westmore, Mrs Covell, Mrs Butchers and Mrs Lovejoy-Fillis.

We have lots of fun in Year Two and learn by using practical resources and investigations. We have a varied wider curriculum covering learning experience topics such as ‘Events that shaped London’, ‘Art in Nature’ and ‘How have humans impacted on habitats?’

Home Learning

We share homework and home learning via Seesaw, which is a fantastic user friendly website.

Your child will be able to log in via their own unique user code.

Homework is set by class teachers each week to consolidate key skills in Maths and English. All homework is set on paper to reinforce presentation, handwriting, letter and number formation. Homework is set on a Friday and due in on the following Thursday.
