On Thursday, it was the turn of the U9 boys to play their cup semi-final. They were up against a Gurnard team who had already beaten them this season. The game started well, with Billy scoring early on after a one on one with the goalkeeper, but Gurnard scored soon after. Just before halftime Kian scored a fantastic goal from outside the box. In the second half the boys continued to work really hard, giving Billy the opportunity to add to his goal scoring tally with a great header from a corner. Billy completed the hattrick with another goal just before the end, ensuring a 4-1 win and a place in the cup final!! Well done boys, and good luck in the final!
