On Thursday afternoon, the U9 boys played their football cup final against Dover Park. The boys started the game really strong, having a few early opportunities. William took a fantastic corner that managed to find its way into the back of the net courtesy of a little deflection. This goal set the ball rolling for the boys who then went onto score again with Billy finding a gap at the near post. Early in the second half, Billy found the same gap at the near post to give them their third goal of the game. The boys continued to work hard as they started to tire both in attack, and getting back to defend. Just before the final whistle Callum managed to sneak in another goal for The Bay. The game finished 4-0, and the boys were crowned Island U9 Cup winners!
