Free, twice weekly rapid response testing for COVID-19 is now available for members of households, childcare or support bubbles of school staff and pupils.
Home testing kits will be available for pick up soon, but if you want to get tested sooner, book a test at an Isle of Wight Council rapid response community testing site.
These are open 6 days a week across the Island (check sites for individual opening hours).
Testing is quick and simple to do and you get your results texted/emailed to your phone in 30 mins. It’s a great chance learn how to take a test so you’re ready for when you can test at home. You can also order kits for home delivery. https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow…
We’re also making free rapid response community testing available to anyone who’s out for essential reasons – please do tell your family and friends to book a test https://keeptheislandsafe.org/communitytesting/ for when they’re out shopping, taking exercise or going to work outside the home.
