GCSE Exam Results 2021

In what has been an extraordinary two years, the students at The Bay CE School have yet again proven that they are an incredible group of young people.  The Class of 2021 had an unparalleled journey that they navigated with astonishing maturity, flexibility, and resilience. We are proud to congratulate our students, parents, and staff who worked so hard to achieve some incredible results.

Following the cancellation of exams in academic year 2021, grades were awarded through a process of teacher assessed grades, against a national standard and approved and awarded by the exam boards. While the government is not publishing performance data for any schools or colleges this year due to the varying impact of the pandemic, our students have so much to celebrate.

As we continue our journey here at The Bay, we remain dedicated to ensuring that our students leave our school as happy, confident and well-rounded individuals who have strong academic achievements that will open a plethora of doors for them in the future.

Every single student and staff member had something to celebrate on the 12th of August 2021.  As individuals, every person from the Class of 2021 excelled in some way.  Students have shown excellent resilience, organisation and taken leadership of their own futures.  Collectively, the Class of 2021 has been an absolute pleasure to work alongside. We wish them all of the very best for their next chapter, and we look forward to hearing from them in the future as to where life takes them.

A special mention must go to the top students for attainment and progress.  Results such as this only come about through absolute commitment and dedication to excel.
